I am using the price shipping method and have configured all products to require shipping, however in the shopping cart when I try to get shipping quote, the cost is $0.00. It appears to be ignoring the table I have entered. Can you point me in the right direction? ( I've attached the settings for the shipping module.)

I supported you via ticket system to solve the problem. That because you entered wrong value for Total range.
