Duplicated Shipping Plugin for Item Shipping

I want to use the "Item" shipping, but I'm trying to enter different price based on each Geo Zone. I'm assuming the way to do this is to install a 2nd instance of the "eshop_item" plugin, but I don't see it in the "duplicated-shipping-plugins" folder of the plugin when I unzip the component files.
Basically, I'm just trying to set up a per item price for "USA", then "Canada", then "International" for the rest of the world.

I can see how to set up Geo Zones for each of these, but I don't know how to enter a different shipping price for each country (on each item in my catalog).

Currently, there is no option to enter the different prices per item for different countries. If you want to have that outstanding feature, please submit a new ticket to EShop so I can find a solution for implement it for you.
