I would like to throw my hat in the ring for Canada, to have a paid shipping plugin for Canada Post, which has discounted rates for business if one registers with them.
Also I would like to note that in all the eCommerce programs out there, of the kind you purchase outright, few if any have Canada Post shipping because they are European-based. I had heard there was a group trying to create a Canada-friendly eCommerce program in Ontario but have not heard anything lately about that. It would generate a lot of sales in Canada if it were done in eShop.

Oh dear. Now Canada Post is adding $10 oversize charge on my parcels. Reverting to Fedex, but might have need of Canada post for smaller items in the future.
