PayPal authorized funds but didn't capture funds

I've setup the shopping cart and used the PayPal payment module. I've made sure that the module is set to Live. When a transaction is completed the order stats says "Pending." The problem is on the paypal account for the business no money is transferred. From the buyers paypal account the order show status as "Unclaimed." Can you please let me know how to automatically authorize than capture the payment?

Hi Jeff

It causes by your PayPal account settings, I believe. Maybe in this case, your PayPal account has a different currency than the currency you are using to receive payment. You need to config your PayPal account to accept the payment automatically somehow.

If you don't know how to do that, I would suggest you to contact PayPal and ask them to correct it for you. Just tell them that the payment is unclaimed and you want it to be accepted/completed automatically and they should know what to do
