Status button in offline payment doesn't work

Status button in offline payment doesn't work was created by Xavier
I click in button status after receiving a payment by wire transfer but it doesn't change to green activate and it remains in red.
The only thing I get is a white page.

Any idea?
I really appreciate you help

Same problem. When publishing an offline payed order, I get a white screen and no download link is send.
