All questions about EDocman extension

SOLVED !!! No categories when creating document

I am able to create new categories (no problem) but when I go to add a new document in Edocman there is a requirement to categorize the document but when I click the category button to browse it comes up empty. I have tried typing in categories and they don't work either. The additional categories does populate correctly and I can select but unfortunately I cannot save a document unless it has a category.

Any ideas?

Hi There. I solved the problem. The problem for anyone that may run into the same is that I was using hierarchical categories and one of my top level categories was disabled. Once I re-enabled the problem went away.
