Issue with Upload Limit Plugin in 1.11.3

By default, the plugin for "Upload limit" is not enabled. Therefore, I would expect that no functionality is active. But edocman prevents any uploads even from Super Users.

As soon as I enable the filter with "no limit", I am able to upload.

You should change the behavior of Edocman and not upload limit should be active if the plugin is DISABLED.

Thank you for your report. We have just checked the issue again and confirm the problem. The issue has been fixed and updated into Edocman 1.11.3. Could you please re-download and install Edocman extension and let me know if the issue is solved on your site.

The no downloadable version of 1.11.3 seems to work. Why do you edit your version instead of creating a new one???

I had the same problem. Version 1.11.4 solved the problem.
