Duplicated Date was created by Shane Thorpe
Eshop Order form and history displays duplicated date entry in below format for strange reason.
Date Added: 0101-1111-20172017
Should be 01-11-2017
Anyone have a fix for this?

Hello Shane,

I think the reason because you entered wrong Date format under the configuration of EShop. Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Layout tab, at "Date Format" enter m-d-Y and check again.
