How to change "order processed" page

I would like to add a line of text to the page that comes up when customers return to the site after a successful Paypal order.
Where can I do that?

You can override that page by modify the layout components/com_eshop/themes/default/views/checkout/complete.php

You just need to go to EShop -> System -> Translation to filter by that text and change it as the way that you want.
