Eshop New Filter Module

Hi,
Thanks for this great and vital feature.
I have a design related issue with this module.
When I use this tool to filter products, the style of the products changes and somehow gets messed up.
There is no hovering effect anymore and there are these big buttons for add to wish list and compare, not icons.
And also it adds quantity box on the product's thumbnail and there is no way to disable it (from back-end of course).
Any solutions?
