Pagination Error

Hi guys,

today I found a very strange issue - when an Eshop category has pagination and one tries to click on any page, different than the first, there is a 404 Error page with the following line:

404
View not found [name, type, prefix]: eshop, html, eshopView

Please check the attached screenshot. The URL looks like this:
www.test.com/category/page-2-5?sort_options=a.id-DESC

What can cause this issue?

Download again eShop and reinstall it, I had the same problem and Giang solve it with an update of the ZIP file

Unfortunately I'm using the latest 2.8.2 version and still have the error.

Have you download the ZIP file before February 10th? I had the problem with 2.8.2 and I have to redownload and reinstall the same version

No, I didn't and this was my mistake

I am having the same problem.

I am running 3.2.0. I have reinstalled.

Previous posts did not say it was necessary to uninstall first, then reinstall. Is it possible to un-install can keep data?
