Unable to update eshop

Hi!

I want to do an eshop component update, but it doesnt work.



I already followed the suggested link, but receive a 403-error.

I created a new download-ID and copied it into the configuration-tab, field: download ID. Didn't work too.

How can I update the eshop component?

Thank you for updating EShop. The reason because your order was from 03 Feb 2017 and it was expired at 03 Feb 2018.

So you must re-purchase EShop to have a new subscription of 12 months to download updates and get our free supports.

After that, you can update EShop normally.

I just re-purchased EShop, generated a new Download ID and pasted it into the configuration-tab but still can not update. Error-message is the same as in the first post.

It's strange. Please go to our ticket system at www.joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html to submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the super admin account to your site so I can help you to check and update EShop properly for you.
