Eshop / Fashion Pro template Quickstart

Good day,

I have purchased both Eshop and the Fashion Pro template.

From the documentation I read:

After you purchased EShop Shopping Cart extension and EShop Fashion Pro Template, you will get the following packages:

EShop extension
Quickstart for Joomla 3.x
Fashion Pro template
Fashion Pro theme
T3 Framework

Please, I cannot find the Quickstart package. I have looked in both Eshop and Fashion Pro Folders and cannot find it.

Any help so I can download it much appreciated, thank you.

Why is it not included in the download. Now you knew there was an issue in Aug and now it is Nov and I too have to ask for the file that you state on the product page that you will get it. Do you feel wasting your customer time is the best for your business... So not cool dude.

Giang: Firstly thank you forwarding me the Quick start file. As far as your requirements you stated... I would review the process you put your end-users through. And if your process is effecting your users in a negative way I would revamp the process. Make it simple!

The lack of a working template, without the required assets, means using the quickstart is the only way to use this template. Following the install instructions results in a mess as the CSS is incomplete. Having just purchased eShop and this template it is WRONG that I have nothing functional and that this issue has persisted for the past 8 months...
