Digital Downloads - no customer address needed - is this possible?

I am the Operations Director and lead Developer for The Safeworld International Foundation - an award winning international Non-profit working for women's empowerment.
I also design websites for non-profit organisations and small ethical businesses.
Digital Downloads - no customer address needed - is this possible? was created by safeworld4women
We want to use Eshop only for selling Digital Downloads.
When someone checks out is it possible to simplify the process.
In the demo of EShop it shows on the Checkout that people need to fill in an address.
Is there a setting for digital downloads where the address fields can be 'switched off'?
Also - with digital downloads there is no need for taxes to be included.
Can the tax field be removed.?
Do you have a demo for how the Digital Downloads work?
