Only Specific Customer Group can perform checkout

I am wondering if it's possible to structure the eshop as follows:

1)Public view catalogue view of products with no pricing
2)Customer group 2 can see pricing unique to their group as specified in products "special" parameter.
3)Customer group 3 can see price unique to their group as specified in products "special" parameter. In additition they are able to use cart system to complete checkout. (add to cart button, cart, order details, payment etc..)

I already have points 1 & 2 achieved, the main question is can we apply cart mode to specific customers groups.

I am sorry but currently, there is no feature to apply the cart mode for specific customer groups now.
