Disable Customer Groups on Registration

Hello, on my website I created 3 different customer groups, but I would like to know how to disable the "customer groups" at the moment that a client has to register a new account. I want to assign manually each client to the different customer groups. How could I do that?

Thank you for submitting the ticket here. Please go to the back-end of your site, then go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab, at "Custom Groups", don't select any customer groups there, then test again.
