hide availability

A product show Availability 2-3 days. How do I change so that it does not display the availability or shows that products are shipped at the end of each month?

Hello,
It is stock status which you can manage at back-end side then assign for product. You can hide it by go to Configuration of EShop and choose Show Availability to No. Hope that this will help you.
