Hello Andrea,
You can use eshop products module and choose featured products to show in the configuration of module.

ok but i have an issue with this module; if i set to show it for example just in home, i will show also in other eshop pages, like product pages...

EShop modules works as any other joomla modules. I think this is problem related to your template. Please re-check your template.
