Invoice layout confusing and not logical

Hello. The invoice layout is very odd and does not make sense
At the moment it shows under the item list (from top to bottom) Total -> Tax ->Shipping -> sub-total
Why is sub-total at the bottom?
Sub-total should be under the item listing and TOTAL should be at the bottom
The correct order is sub-total ->shipping -> tax -> total.

This information is coming from the [Products_List] variable. Is there any way to change the order?

This was an small issue from older version of EShop. Can you please update EShop to latest version (now is 1.2.10) and try again? It should be solve the your problem.
