Eshop mailinglist checkbox

Hi,
when I enable the integration with Acymailing we get a checkbox that allows the user to select not to be added to the mailinglist. However, i always hate that sort as when you forget to select it you are on the mailing list.
Is there a way to reverse this, that the customer can choose to be on the mailinglist by checking a box?
