I just purchased the component and the page redirect from paypal took me back to an "order canceled" page.
I see the component is in my downloads list now. So it appears that you have a page redirect mismatch in your paypal checkout settings.

Hello Daniel,

I think that's issue from the PayPal. We have the complete page after customer completed the payment.

Anyway, the your order is completed and you have the purchased extension now.

If you need any helps while using our extension, don't hesitate to let me know.

Sincerely, Giang

It is a setting in your paypal account. I was just letting you know so you can update your settings in your paypal account and not confuse other users.

Component works great so far. Thanks!

Hello Daniel,

Do you have any documentation to specify about that?

Follow these steps to set up Auto Return:
Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
Click the "Website Payment Preferences" link in the Selling Preferences column.
Click the Auto Return "On" button.
Review the Return URL Requirements.
Enter the Return URL.
Click "Save
You can also edit this information in your website buttons, retrieve the HTML that you cut and pasted onto your website. In the HTML code, find the variable you wish to edit. The variables have the following names:
Successful Payment URL = return
Canceled Payment URL = cancel_return

Thank you Daniel but I think that is also set in the source code of our PayPal Payment plugin.

Anyway, I will check that if there is any other one reports same issue.

Sincerely, Giang
