Checkout - error 500 after sending order

Hello,

we have currently installed eshop 3.2.5, when a customer is tries to order a product we get on the last step after confirmation and click on the send button a error 500 page page. The order is saved in the backoffice but no email is sending to customers and admin?

The link where the error 500 is coming look like: mylink.de/index.php?option=com_eshop&tas...cessOrder&Itemid=590

I hope you can help on this issue.

Hello Jetsam,

Thank you for using EShop and submitting the ticket here. The EShop latest is 3.2.8. Please upgrade it to the latest version and test again.

If you still have the issue, please following up the ticket system to get my further supports.
