Enable Registrants cancel their registration was created by Poul-Erik Hansen
Hi Tuan
"Enable Registrants cancel their registration" works fine for me when i enable it in the backend.
Problem is that the publishers, who dont have access to the backend cannot enable this.
What can i do to allways have this enabled, so that everybody can cancel their own registration? Or is it possible to let the publisher enable this from the frontend, when they add a new event?
Thanks
Best regards

Hi Tuan
Am I correct in saying that registrants cannot cancel their registration unless they are registered site users? In other words, do I have to set the user registration integration to YES?
Thanks.

Hello Peter
It is optional. Another way would be edit the confirmation email, use this tag [CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK]
When someone register for the event, they will receive confirmation email contains the cancel registration link. They can click on that link if they want to cancel their registration without having to login to your site

Tuan

Hello
You will need to enable cancellation for that event. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/advance...-cancel-registration to understand how to configure it

I see that I should enable the Cancel Registration in the event. I have tried it and it works.
But The problem is that the publishers dont have access to the backend.
Is it possible to allways have the Cancel registration enabled for all events? It would be really nice. And otherwise we cannot use it. Thanks
Regards

There are two things need to be default:
1. Enable Cancel Registration
2. Cancel Before Date (users can only cancel registration before that date)
So what should be Cancel Before Date in this case?
Anyway, it will require modification to the code. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site. I will ask my dev to work on it for you
