Cancellation Feature

Anyone had any problems with the event cancellation feature in Event Bookings? It does not work when you press cancel registration button and then the pop up works, press the OK button but nothing happens. Any suggestions would be appreciated. :dry:

Look like another javascript conflict. Please submit a another support ticket;

1. Sending us super admin account of the site

2. Send us the link to the page to cancel the registration

3. Send us an account which can be used to login to cancel registration

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

My cancellation buttons aren't even displaying, even though I have the cancellation setting enabled for each event. Upgrading to version 2.13.2 now to see if that solves problem.

Beside enable cancellation, please check and make sure you select a date for Cancel Before Date setting. The system needs that date and it will only show the button before that date
