Hi,

On group registration, nothing happens, only a blank page! A URL contains this: ?task=register.process_group_registration

I don´t know what is happen.

Can You Help me?

On payment method choose: "Transferência, empenho ou empresas" it´s a offline payment method renamed.

I think this happened after upgrading to 2.13 because I have other outdated websites and they work.

Same here... upgraded and the error shows up... HELP

Went back to 2.11.2 and get the same issue...

Both Vendor Events fail www.spibikefest.com/vendors

But all Rally Events work... www.spibikefest.com/registration

very confused

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to registration page?

We will check to see why the error happens and get it sorted

@mattcrocker submitted a support ticket. We checked and found that the issue is not with our Events Booking extension. It causes by SEF router settings on the site and it is working as expected now

I solved the problem by turning off the ticket type plugin

But it not totally solved yet. I will submit a support ticket soon.
