Emails and Messages with Cart Enabled

Hi,

In event booking, there are common Emails and Messages (CEM). It is also possible to add some Event Specific Messages (ESM).

I'm a bit confused as to what gets used when the cart is enabled. I think that only the CEM is used when the cart is enabled. Is this right, Tuan?

Ideally, I'd be able to use different Emails and Messages for each category.

I am about to put week-long camps online. We are already selling terms of weekly hour-long clubs. The messages should be different for each of these categories of events.

Messages that should be different (That I need):
1) Checkout
2) Thank you message
3) User Email
4) Reminder Email

Hello Donal

When you enable shopping cart feature, users can register for different events (these events can be in different categories), so technically, only CEM can be used. ESM and CSM won't work for shopping cart
