[SOLVED] mod_eb_view query how-to? was created by Sam Mittelstaedt
I'm unable to find the mod_eb_view query documentation.
Goal:
I need to show upcoming event inventory and registration button in a module position.
I need a table view, and the component table view is ideal of course.
Options as I see it:
1. Create a custom view for the module.
How do I get total_registrants into the module so I can show quantity available?
2. Use mod_eb_view to call the component.
I'm wondering how to structure the query so I can call the table view.

Hello Sam
Option #2 will be easier. The Query String can be layout=table&id=ID_OF_CATEGORY_YOU_WANT_TO_DISPLAY
Please try that and let us know if it works

Hi
Still haven't had time for documentation yet. Exactly what you want to do with the module? Let me know and I will guide you directly here (keep busy with writing code for new feature, sorry)

Is it possible to get this added in the documentation? Seems a shame that such a potentially powerful feature might not be fully usable just because it's not documented.

Hi there,
We can't find any documentation. Does it mean it isn't still out?
Many thanks in advance and congratulations for your work.
