Deposit payment recording

It seems for the deposit function that it does not show amounts that have been paid. Can it show a record of payments, date, time, amount , and method for each time they make a payment? It would be very helpful to make sure everyone is paid up prior to the event.

Right now, it is not supported. At the moment, when users complete the payment for the due amount, the system will just change status of the record so that you know that the payment is completed

We don't keep history of the payment. Maybe something we can consider adding support for in Events Booking version 3

A problem we are running into is the events we run are training courses and most of the time the people are paid for by other people or their agencies. So when we look at our credit card payments it is difficult track down and confirm payment. EB records the deposit transaction number, but not the second transaction. So we are not able to figure out if the payment actually was paid or not. If it could record the second transaction number it would be very helpful. And maybe also a master payment log to see payment failures so we can better help our registrants.

I think we can store the Transaction ID for the second payment. Something we can do in 3.x release (at the moment, I am working on 3.0.0, if time is allowed, I will try to include this in 3.0.0, otherwise, 3.1.0 we should have it)

It realized that the deposit transaction id was already recorded, just not being displayed only. I just made small modification to the package to show that information on registrant edit screen and in the export

You can access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version, upgrade it to your site and it will work OK
