Register button in all layouts - CSS code?

Hi there

I attach screenshots of how I the register button looks on my site, it just looks like a text link (and not easy for my users to spot)

I want it to look like a button with a color background like the details button The details button is in the site primary color. it would be good if I could set the register button to be the accent color.

Yes. Look like there are some css conflict with your site template causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to the page

Our template developer is going to check and get the issue sorted
