Category Calendar Layout doesn't display

Just upgraded to EB 3.1.3 and the full month calendar (Category Calendar Layout) fails to display. It also gets a 404 error loading jquery.equalheights.js
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

I've manually added jquery.equalheight.js but still fails.

Re-created the menu entry, still fails.

Do I need to change these over the Calendar Layout and then just choose the category in it?

Yes, Category Calendar Layout menu option was removed from 3.0.0. So you need to update the menu item to use Monthly Calendar menu option, and select the category in the menu parameter
