Email not sent when registrant status changed to cancelled

Hi Tuan

When an admin edits the registrant details on the front end and sets the status to cancelled, no email is sent to the admin or the user letting them know this has happened.

Is there a way to enable this? It is important for us to get this working.

Hello

The extension only send email to registrant when admin cancel a registration, no email is sent to administrator

To have email send to registrants, you need to go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, find the two messages below and make sure you entered content for it (it is under Form Messages tab)

- User Registration Cancelled Email Subject
- User Registration Cancelled Email Message
