Time Stamp for Registrant Check-in

Is there anyway to access a time-stamp for when a registrant checks-in? Specifically when using the QR code and PDF ticket check-in?

At the moment, we don't store checked_in time, so that information is not available

If it's really needed, I think I can store that information in the next release

Yes, that would be awesome if you could include that. It would be helpful to be able to pull that time stamp in case there are any discrepancies when someone tries to check in.

Yes please, we are also needing this feature, if at all possible could we capture check out time as well. So that we can keep a record of when an individual was checked into an event and then checked out again

I just had this feature implemented and updated it to download package on server

If anyone needs it, please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version, upgrade it to your site, then check it again. It should work as expected:

1. The checked in time is stored when registrant is checked in

2. It will be displayed on Registrants Management screen and also available in the export

Thank you, this will work well.

We run workshops and need to be able to keep a record of when a person checked in and once checked in we need to log a time when they checked out again using the by ether indicating it on the system or by scanning the QR Code a second time.

Would it be possible to add such a checked out column to the Registrant management screen and report

I think we don't have enough space to display extra column like that. I updated package on server with the following changes:

1. Store checked out time (only when you use Check Out button in registrants management to check out registrant - we don't process checkout when QRCODE is canned for second time)

2. Display that checked out time in the same check in column

3. Include a separate check out time column in the export

Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site. Then try to use it and let me know if it works

Thank you for the fast response.
The report will work great the checkout time has a strange header though in the report "<strong>%s</strong>"

Also it seems like as soon as you checkout only that time is stored in the report, is it possible to store Check-in and Check-out time in the report.
