Register another user

I work for a volunteer organization that has a lot of people that don't seem to be able to use computers well. The admin of the group needs to be able to register users for events that can't do it for themselves. Is there a way to do that?

I guess he can use group registration to register for all users in the group, try to use joomdonationdemo.com/eventbooking/zend-f...s/group-registration to see whether it could be used to handle this requirement?
