1. Update Children Events is used for children events when you create recurring event. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...n-of-children-events if you want to understand more details about it

2. About "privacy policy" term, you can go to Events Booking -> Translation, find the language item EB_PRIVACY_POLICY and EB_AGREE_PRIVACY_POLICY_MESSAGE, change it to meet your need
