[TICKET_TYPES] tag not working was created by Robert Klosko
the area with the [TICKET_TYPES] tag in remains blank in my after purchase messages.
i have install and activate the ticket-types plugin.
I have set the "Activate Shopping Cart config option" to No
And i have paste the tag in my messages. But i does not work
What can i do?

I have no clue why it doesn't work for you. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account of your site
2. Link to the registration form
We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
