Coupons Not Respecting Categories Anymore

Running v3.7.1

In the coupon manager, I add a coupon and set the category the coupon is supposed to work on. It works on ALL categories instead of the one I defined.

It did not work this way in previous versions.

There is no change to coupon code handle in recent releases, so it should work fine as how it was

In this case, maybe there is something special causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account, link to registration form, tell us the coupon code we can use to see the issue

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you
