confirmation e-mail after Ideal payment was created by Jos van Spelde
When there is a registration for an event and the customer pays with Ideal, the registration e-mail is send, but not the e-mail that it is approved.
When off-line payment is used and the admin confirms manualy, the e-mail is send out.

Is this a setting or how does this work .
(I only tested this with a test api-key, but the payment provide (Mollie) show a confirmation transaction)

Hi Jos

That's how the extension is designed to work. When someone registers and makes payment for your event, the system will only send User email body

The registration approved email, the system will only send to registrant if:
- He uses offline payment for the registration
- Admin approves the registration from administrator area of your site (when admin actual receives payment)

thank you for your responce..

Can you tell me how people who payed with online payment system can receive the confirmation e-mail? Or any other e-mail after they registred? The system won't let me resend any e-mails.
They also don't receive their tickets e-mail.

I thougth that, because of the online paymend, this was all automated.

can you please explain?

Hello

If everything is working as expected, email should be sent to registrant and administrator automatically after payment completed (did you make payment for the registration)

If you made payment and still no email sent, it might be because:

1. The site is not public accessible
2. Or something on your site blocks the notification from payment gateway sends back to your site

In this case, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. I will check your setup and guide you to check it further

I got it working now.
The way I was thinking in the process was not correct. Now I got the correct messages and it works great.
