Ticket number not correctly generated

Hi,

First of all, all ow me to congratulate you for this fine piece of software. I'm really enjoying it.

There's one thing that doesn't seem to work for me and I don't understand why.

I have PDF tickets enabled and I added the tag [TICKET_NUMBER] to the layout.

Now whatever settings I choose, the ticket number on the PDF will always be the prefix plus all zeroes. To give you some examples:

• TK00000 with the default settings
• TK00 with ticket number length on 2
• OM1901/00 with ticket number length on 2 and prefix on "OM1901/" in the event properties

The filename will always be ticket_0000x.pdf where x is the ID of the booking.

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

The ticket will only be generated for paid registration. So the main question here is when you register for your event, did you make payment for the registration? What's the status of the registration record? Is it Pending or Paid?

Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page which we can perform registration and see this error

We will check to see why it happens and get it sorted

I have the same problem with free events (i.e. marked automatically as paid). The ticket number is always prefix_0000.

Must be something wrong with the setup somehow. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to the registration page of that event

We will try to register, then check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
