export list participants - only 20 instead of 35

Hello,

I am using Events Booking 3.8.3.

When I download the list of participants I only get 20 of them instead of 35.
I also changed the view that I can see all 35 participants on one screen - although I only can export 20 participants and not all.

Would you please help me?

I guess it's because you have some group registration records and right now, only billing records are exported

If you want to get correct list, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Export Registrants Settings tab, set :

- Export Group Billing Records to No
- Export Group Member Records to Yes

After that, try again. It should work fine

i can export all participant from backend with your method but from frontend only one participant is exported

I have no idea about it. For this, you should submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Tell us what we need to do (step by step) to see that's error

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
