I am using only off-line payment. Some of ours events are with a deposit and balance payments, others are with full payment only.

What are the conditions that triggers Eventbooking to send Reminder payment messages or emails ?

Is there a way to configure event booking not to send reminder emails ?

Hello

If you don't want to send reminder emails:

1. Don't configure your events to enable sending reminder emails

2. Or if you want, unpublish the plugin Events Booking - Reminder and no reminder emails will be sent (even reminder is enabled for each event)
