List of registrants (view list)

Where in the menus do I find the option to publish or hide the list of registrants who have signed up for an event? It seems to have disappeared, but I know it's there somewhere.

Is it possible to make that visible only to members who are logged in, but hidden from the public?

We only have a config option to turn it on/off for the whole system. We don't have a way to control it through menu item
