When I try to 'import Registrants' via excel file, I first downloaded the template file and then try to import with some changes in the content fields, but I always get following error:

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the file you are using to import

I will try to check to see why the error happens and get it sorted
