E-mail in spam folder

Dear,

My users (participants) have only e-mail address that is used to forward to multiple other address. If I configure the user with this address e-mails from event booking aren't received, most probably because the e-mail forward system sees this mails as spam. I'm using one.com to forward mails.
Do you have any idea, or is their any setting that can be updated that can prevent mails send from 'event booking' are seen as 'spam'.

Hi Elke

Events Booking, like any other extensions, just use Joomla! core API for sending emails, the email is actually delivered by the mail server of your hosting provider

If you want to ask them to see why email goes to spam folder, you will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to check it. Honestly, this is something out of control of Events Booking
