Hello,

I followed the detailed instructions within this link: eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/advanced-features/tickets-pdf

It still doesn't work. I also tried adding the [DOWNLOAD_THIS_LINK] to the email Registration Confirmation, but my Users aren't receiving those either, I submitted a separate ticket about that.

It must me my mistake, please help me get this working for my clients.
PS. I turned on the function in BOTH the Global Configuration and the Event (Nielsen Dodge/Jeep/Ram Spring Show-2019)
I turned on the email option as well.

Same as other forum topic, please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. Link to registration form of the event which you are testing this feature

We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted myself

I am also not able to get the tickets to work. They are enabled in config and in the event, but not sent in the registration email. Can you tell me what the fix is for this? I am using version 3.10.1. Thank you.

I figured out what my issue was - I was testing with offline payment, which was set to Pending status. I changed the status to Paid and then the tickets were generated.

Hi Diane

The system only generate tickets after users paid for the registration. So:

- If you use online payment such as PayPal, tickets will be generated at the time users register for the event
- If you use offline payment method, tickets will only be generated when admin publish the registration record (or edit the registration record, change status from Pending to Paid)
