Is there a place a new user with zero experience with joomla and the event booking app. can go when we need to figure out how to make a feature work??

So exactly what do you need from us? If you don't have experience with Joomla! (For example, don't know how to create menu item, don't know how to create, edit, publish, unpublish an item), it would be quite hard to setup everything to work as expected

So if you have zero experience, maybe finding a developer to help you?
