Month will not show Current Month selected

We are having an issue with our calendar showing the month on our EdTech website calendar as January all of the time only when we are in 2019 and beyond. This is a recent development and we are not sure why or exactly when it first started to happen. When the calendar first opens the correct month is showing in the drop-down list, but if we try to navigate forward or backward or use the drop-down list to change the month, the month shows as January even though the dates are for the month we want.

I have attached an example that is supposed to be our events in March.


Any help in fixing this would be appreciated.

What version of the extension you are using? Could you please first upgrading to latest version 3.8.5, then check it again first?

If the issue still happens, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page so that we can check it

We are on version 2.10.3. Our tech guy said that when he tried to upgrade, it asked him to pay for it. Should the upgrade be free or do we need to pay for it?

As far as the support ticket, where would he need to go to do that.

That's an outdated version of the extension and might not compatible with version of Joomla you are using. So Yes, you will need to update to latest version to have everything works as expected (that version is very outdated, latest version is now 3.8.5)

Upgrade is not free, you will need to pay again to get update as we only provide free upgrade for one year for each purchase

For submit support tickets, you can access to Support Tickets menu item to submit ticket
