Stripe Payment Plugin

Hi,

I just purchased the Stripe Payment Plugin for Event Booking. But from what I can see it currently only offers support for Card Elements or the older Charge API. Neither of which are now compliant with regulation here in Europe. See stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/quickstart

Are there any plans to implement to new Payment Intents API which is SCA compliant? stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-intents

Please use Cart Element Option for now. For SCA compliant, it is required from September, so we will work on the plugin and make it compatible with that requirement before that time

Hi Tuan,

payments will start to be declined more regularly from September, but the new APIs are available now, and all exemptions will be available from 1st July. It would be great if you could schedule some time in early July to work on this, so that we, EB users, can update and learn the new system, and work on it if any modifications are required.

Hi, when do you plan on completing this work? Once you have updated your payment plugin, I need to get our developer to update our customisations, so the sooner the better for me. Our customisation allows automatic completion payments to be taken from a customer, so this change is critical to our business.

I have been working on the code and hopefully, we will have it ready to use sometime next week

Hello

We now have EB Stripe Checkout at www.joomdonation.com/payment-plugins/eve...payment-plugins.html which is compatible with SCA requirement from Stripe

It will redirect users to payment gateway for processing payment
