Show only individual registrants in public Registrants List?

I would like to show only individual registrants in the front end, but I cannot find how to do it. I have it set that way in the back end and it works fine.

Hello Vince

You can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, find Include Group Members Records in registrants public list config option to Yes and it should work as expected

If you don't want to show group billing records, you can set Include Group Billing Records in public registrants list config option to No

Hmmm... If I set it how you suggested I see this:



If I set Include Group Billing Records to yes, I see this, which is better, but not ideal:



I expect to see Alex Greene's name in the above list, which is the other entry made by Ron Greene. Also, I don't know why Ben Duong shows twice in the list.

Here is what I see in the back end:



I have "Include Group Billing Records in registrants management" set to no, but you can see that the individual registrants are shown correctly.

Also, it looks like when group billing is enabled, all sales are then shown as group sales, even when there is only one registrant. This would be better if it only showed the Group for sales that were actually group sales.

For this, I guess I will have to check it directly from data on your site. So please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account
2. Link to the event page which I can see registrants

I will check to see what's wrong and setup it properly
