Deposit feature turned on but not calculating balance due and ability to pay bal

Hello,
I Have the deposit feature turned on for 10% see screen shot link:

I tested and paid with paypal 10%. see confirmation screenshot:

I returned to site then looked at Registration history and due amount does not reflect the 10% payment. See Screenshot link:

I clicked the Make Payment button as shown on previous screenshot and remainder payment amount is incorrect see screenshot:

The amount under payment information is incorrect and cannot be changed. See screen shot:

Please advise on how I can get the correct deposit calculated and paid. thanks in advance for your help.

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to the page which we can register for your event and see this issue

3. Please include link to this forum topic as well so that I can understand the issue

I will then check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
