Group registration not opening number of members panel

Hi I am having an issue where I want only group registration for a family of 4 for 150$. I set everything up and selected minimum of 4 registrants and set group registration only. Problem comes when i try to test out the form, It loads the "section" panels but they don't open to input the data??
Can you help me figure this one out? must be something simple that i forgot.
The form is currently accessible only to super users so i created one for you:

Odd thing is that the Number Members panel opens in the french version of the same event???

The more i try and troubleshoot this the more i find odd behaviors... the group registration panels don't open on both weekend passes forms, single and group. The french side works as it should!
this is so weird. Please help

Usually it happens because there are javascript conflict with something on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to that page so that we can check it

Remove it immediately and access to Support Tickets menu item on our website to provide the information instead. This is a public forum, not private area

So change super admin account immediately, then access to Support Tickets menu item, submit a ticket to give us the requested information so that we can check it
